Det skedet vi är av hösten är i just nu är det bästa med alla härliga starka färger.

Sprinkling some happiness all around

The inspiration for this came from Cupcake Inspirations, especially as I happened to have the same digis available I drew heavily on the lovely DT artworks for inspiration. When I saw the Tuesday Morning Sketch, I knew that was the one I wanted to use. I was also inspired by: Papertake Weekly (Super Fly), Fan-Tastic Tuesday(ATG w/ Yellow), Inky Impressions (ATG), Allsorts (Cream and Brown), Artistic Inspirations (ATG). I could have used a bit more contrast here, but otherwise I was happy with the colors, they just did not photograph that well.

Jag hittade lite Halloween-relaterade pysselgrejer jag fyndade efter Halloween förra året, men inte varit inspirerad att använda förrän nu, bla tejperna jag använt här. Tur att jag kom på att använda dem nu, och inte hittade dem om en månad :)

Joulu lähestyy...

Tämä kortti lähti liikkeelle Korttisirkuksen haasteesta käyttää Kraftia tai aaltopahvia. Vähän viime tingassa olen liikkeellä, suunnitelmia on muhinut kortin suhteen pidempään mutta eilen illalla inspis ja askarteluaika kohtasivat. Leikkasin aaltopahvin kuviosaksilla (lapsilta lainatulla sellaisella :) ja hyödynsin Catch the Bug (Stella Says Sketch) korttiluonnoksen, kuvat ovat myös Bugaboon. Osallistun myös seuraaviin haasteisiin: Send a Smile 4 Kids (Early Holiday Wishes), CHNC (SOmething Round), Sentimental Sundays (Buttons+sentiment), C.R.A.F.T (cHRISTMAS) ja Deep Ocean (Christmas in October).

I don't know quite why, but I think it's very masculine when a man wears a pink shirt. So that's my inspiration here :)

Hello Princess

This turned out to be quite the Bugaboo card, as the images are Bugaboo and the card it fits with both Catch the Bug challenges (Stella says sketch and October ATG). Cupcake inspirations (Storytime) served as the inspirations, as there are elements of a classical children's story, even though FYI here the princess saves the prince (or maybe another princess?), The shoe (or glass slipper) fits with the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards theme (High Heels/Purses), and my frog qualifies me for Moving along with the TImes (Dog-Gone It or any other animal). As I was (p)inspired, I'm also participating in Pinspirational (ATG).

P*skishaaste: kun teestä tulee kahvi

P*skarteluhaasteessa nro 249 oli kuvahaaste ja tämmöinen oli minun lopputulos. Tosin askarruttaa, ovatko kaikki muut askartelijat joko niin ylikriittisiä, että julkaisevat vain loistavia lopputuloksia, vai ovatko vaan niin hyviä, että kaikki heidän julkaisemansa lopputulokset ovat loistavia.

Höh, tämä ei vastannut visiotani, mutta julkaisen kuitenkin. Ja oli kuitenkin hauskaa tehdessä :) Så varsågoda!

Seems a Little Sketchy #75 with Aurora Wings

Look at this super fab sketch and at what my teamies have done with it over at Seems a Little Sketchy. If you participate, you can win some lovely digis from Aurora Wings. 

I had some serious trouble photographing this card. My main idea for this was the blue glue dots, that actually turned out just about as I wished IRL, but the glittery dots just don't show here (and believe me, I took quite a few pics).

I think I prefer my winter weather and snow as a theme for crafting, while the sun shines outdoors. However, I fear that soon the reality will be the opposite.

Glitter'n'sparkle: Use a Digi

Guest Designer spot at Lexi's Creations

Oooh, can you believe I won a chance to be a guest designer over at Lexi's Creations (Which is a fab name, especially as one of my daughters is named Lexi ;) The theme is Sparkle and Shine, so I really did what challenges are meant to do, ie. challenge yourself :) I was allowed to choose a pic, and Footie Ali just spoke to me as I have a football playing son, but the challenging part was combining him with the theme. Well, a lot of sparkle glue in addition to some sparkly details in the designer paper accomplished that :)
