Baby baby

So first I got to make a baby shower card and now I (finally) got to make a baby-card as a long-awaited baby made his entry :)

A nasty summer flu knocked me out so there hasn't been much crafting in the last few days. However this I managed to put together, inspired by the Deep Ocean Photo inspiration image. I copied this idea from the paper pack of the gold paper, which has a nice texture to it. Hon har blommor i sitt hår

Härligt med sommar och semester! Jag fick en känsla av en sång om blommor i sitt hår, men kom inte på vad det var och om jag kanske bara inbillade mej, men tacka vet jag fru Google som vet allt och YouTube, för det var säkert Anders Glenmarks Blommor i sitt hår jag tänkte på.

I used the sketch from Cheerful sketches for this exotic creature, and I'm also entering my card into the Glitter'n'Sparkle (ATG), Ribbon Girl (Any Image), Come and Get it (Checks/Stripes), The Crafty Addicts (ATG) and Cupcake Inspirations challenges.

Pretty in Pink

Over at A Day for Daisies, the challenge theme is to Case a dt card and I chose Juliana's gorgeous creation (I just turned it as that suited the way this pretty ballerina is turned better). I'm also entering these other challenges: Chocolate, Coffee and Cards (Fancy and use pink), Allsorts (Frame it) and Crafty Catz (Add bling). 

Christmas in July!

Wohoo, I made it! I managed to make all seven days of the Catch the Bug Christmas in July event (last year, I believe I had 2 minutes to spare - but now I didn't use the Friday freebie as it was not available when I started crafting, that made a difference as my Saturday Morning was not "have to make a card so leave me alone" kind of morning :) Damn these time differences... but now the freebie is there of course, so I'll just use it for other projects...). I also used the fab sketch over at Sketch Saturday, and that was a bit tighter with 42 minutes or so to spare :)

Tropical Santa

My interpretation of the photo inspiration from Catch the Bug is actually quite literal but these Scribbles digis I had complemented Santa so well, in my opinion. I'm also entering my card into these challenges: QKR Stampede (By the Seaside), Fussy and Fancy (Christmas in July) and Sparkles Monthly (Christmas in July).

Beach body @Sami Stamps!

I was thrilled to be asked to be guest designer over at Sami Stamps, and I got to use this fun new  image called Already Stronger from the Getting Stronger set. I just wasn't able to fit in a sentiment here, but I'm naming this card Beach Body :) Thank you for the honor of being a Guest Designer and playing with this fab image!
