Hanging out with Friends

My gal pals are enjoying the kind of weather I'm missing. My stamp is new to me, and stamping is still something I'm relatively new to. And I find it really difficult, especially with these slightly bigger ones as here the edges got smeared, so still trying to perfect the technique.

Ok, that was lame, but as I surprised myself and managed to complete all the Bugaboo Birthday Bash challenges a little bit last minute, I'm hoping you'll cut me some slack :) But the Birthday bash was fun fun fun as always :)

Photographing when it's dark is so difficult, and here I just did not get it to be ok. Nonetheless, I'm participating in: Catch the Bug (Day 7: Recipe: 1 animal (well, as the main image, now I realise I actually have more here in the DP - 2 layers - 3 buttons) and Simon Says Wednesday (Create with Critters).

Birthday Bash

Bugaboo is celebrating with a Birthday Bash over at Catch the Bug, let's see if I'll manage to participate in all days as I was down with the flu during the week-end. Luckily I'm now roaring ro go, which is supposed to be a pun with reference to the general theme of Jungle / Zoo as well as the Day 1 theme: Wild thing, You make my heart sing. Kesäkuussa lämmintä kun viidakossa

... tai ainakin suomalaisessa metsässä. Hieman ontuu, mutta minulla oli kostean lämmin fiilis kun askartelin tämän vaikka se olikin enemmän villasukista & inspiraatiosta johtuen kun lämpötilasta.

Snöfyllt Grattis!

Frozen (Frost) verkar fortsätta vara lika populär som tidigare, så jag gör lite födelsedagskort i förväg mina döttrar kan ge åt sina kompisar. Bilden har jag färglagt med Promarkers.

The Force Awakens!

The theme this week at DTBST is Your Choice, so nice and easy - I myself am having some troubles doing anything but Christmas Cards, so this was a great way to ease into other themes as well. I love the Sassy Studio Designs Star Wars images (even if I have to use Google for finding images in order to get the coloring correct), as they can be used in Birthday cards, for Christmas or whatever you can think of if the recipient is just a fan :)

Julen kommer i år igen!

Jag har inte hittat inspiration de senaste dagarna, så det har gått långsamt framåt till jag insåg att varför försöker jag göra något annat än julkort eftersom den växeln känns som att den blivit på? Julen kommer ju i år igen :) Nu kunde jag dessutom använda mina nya rea-fynd (DP:t, bilden och snöflingorna) och med dem delta i följande utmaningar: Simon Says Monday (Something New), Allsorts (What's New), Gem of a Challenge (Anything Christmas), Winter Wonderland (Christmas Bingo: Snowflakes - Glitter - Rhinestones) och Pile it On (Anything Christmas/Winter).
