Working on that GT

I'm participating over at the Facebook Club KennyK  challenge with this safari dude, whom I've colored with Pro- and Flexmarkers.  In my imagination he is working harder on his GT and looking busy than on any actual work ;)  I have a vague feeling that I'm trying to recreate a mental image from a book, but I just can't remember what book it is (or if it simply is a figment of my imagination!). BTW, the image is a freebie this month, so I suggest you go get it :)

I'm also entering my card into these challenges: I love Promarkers (Men at Work) and Crafty Friends (ATG).
